Im Fokus steht der Körper. Die Malerei umfasst und durchdringt ihn, ebenso wie das Kostüm sein Inneres nach Außen trägt. Hierbei werden Prozesse des Menschlichen kontempliert und seine Verwandlung mit und durch sein Äußeres enthüllt. Der innere Drang zur Transformation, Bindung, Verschmelzung, gar Auflösung des Körpers erkennt sich im Umsetzungsprozess des Kunstobjektes wieder. Voller Entzücken und Ekstase, voller Erschrecken und Trauer zelebrieren wir das Werden als Prozesse der Verbindung, als Momente des Gebährens und zugleich des Sterbens.

The focus is on the body. The painting encompasses and permeates it, just as the costume reveals its inner self to the outside world. Here, human processes are contemplated, and the body’s transformation—along with and through its exterior—is unveiled. The inner urge toward transformation, connection, fusion, and even the dissolution of the body is reflected in the process of creating the artwork. Filled with delight and ecstasy, filled with dread and sorrow, we celebrate becoming as processes of connection, as moments of birth and, at the same time, of death.
